Kika Oncken and Noah Cook-Dubin met (and married) during their decade-long tenure at Google. Working at Google and YouTube in California and Brazil, the two held senior roles across ad sales and strategy, creative, production, and brand marketing teams at the company.
In 2019, they relocated from São Paulo to the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts, and created Kanoa Consulting together, bringing with them the best of what they had learned while working with the world’s top brands, at one of the world's most innovative companies.
With 30 years' combined experience spanning brand strategy, creative development and innovation, ad program production, media, and content and influencer marketing, the duo brings to each engagement a diverse understanding of advertising and marketing.
